This User Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms that apply when you access or use VoyaTravel, including our website, mobile applications, and related features and services (collectively, the “Service”).
VoyaTravel helps users manage travel reservations, itineraries, trip alerts, stored documents, memories, messages, sharing tools, and related travel features. The Service may be offered for free, for a fee, or through a combination of free and paid features.
This Agreement is between you and VoyaTravel (“VoyaTravel,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account, accessing the Service, or using any part of it, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after an updated Agreement becomes effective means you accept the revised terms.
1. Eligibility and account responsibilities
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
When you create or maintain an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or allow another person to use your account without authorization.
If you believe your account has been compromised or is no longer secure, you should promptly update your password and notify us. Additional security features, such as two-factor authentication, may be available in Account → Security.
2. Your right to use the Service
Subject to this Agreement, VoyaTravel gives you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for your own lawful purposes.
Unless we expressly allow otherwise, you may not use the Service for commercial resale, redistribution, or exploitation.
3. Rules for using the Service
You agree that you will not:
- Use bots, scrapers, scripts, crawlers, or other automated methods to access the Service, except through interfaces or tools we expressly provide.
- Copy, reproduce, republish, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or its content.
- Upload, transmit, or share anything that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, deceptive, infringing, harassing, invasive of privacy, or otherwise violates another person’s rights.
- Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited promotions, chain messages, or other unwanted communications.
- Interfere with, overload, disrupt, damage, reverse-engineer, probe, scan, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, our systems, or another user’s data.
- Use the Service in a way that violates applicable law, this Agreement, or the rights of VoyaTravel, our users, or third parties.
4. Your content and ownership
You remain the owner of the content you submit, import, forward, upload, create, store, or share through the Service, including booking emails, trip information, documents, notes, messages, photos, videos, memories, and other materials (“Your Content”).
VoyaTravel does not claim ownership of Your Content.
You are responsible for Your Content, including making sure you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload, import, forward, store, or share it through the Service.
5. Permission to operate the Service
To provide the Service, you give VoyaTravel a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, transmit, process, display, format, analyze, and otherwise use Your Content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
For example, this permission allows us to parse a booking email into an itinerary, display a shared trip to someone you invite, organize travel documents, generate trip-related features, or process content needed to provide alerts and other travel tools.
This license is not a transfer of ownership. It ends when Your Content is deleted or your account is deleted, except that copies may remain for a limited period in routine backups, security logs, or where retention is required for legal, safety, or compliance reasons.
6. Content removal and backups
We may remove, restrict, or disable access to content if we believe it violates this Agreement, applicable law, another person’s rights, or creates risk for VoyaTravel, our users, or others.
Although the Service may store travel documents, reservations, messages, memories, and other information, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of anything important. VoyaTravel is not intended to be your only storage location for critical documents or travel records.
7. Feedback
If you provide ideas, comments, suggestions, bug reports, feature requests, or other feedback about the Service, you allow us to use that feedback without restriction, compensation, or obligation to you.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, store, and protect personal information.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy, including, where applicable, processing by trusted service providers and AI providers, and storage or processing in the United States and other countries.
9. Third-party services, suppliers, and information
The Service may display, link to, or integrate with third-party services, content, data, websites, platforms, maps, calendar providers, airlines, hotels, transportation providers, travel suppliers, image providers, or other outside resources.
VoyaTravel does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, policies, practices, or actions. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Travel suppliers are independent from VoyaTravel. Showing supplier information, reservation details, destination content, maps, photos, or travel data does not mean that VoyaTravel endorses, controls, verifies, or guarantees those suppliers or services.
10. Fees and paid features
The Service may currently be offered free of charge. If we introduce paid subscriptions, paid features, premium tools, or other charges, we will provide the applicable pricing, billing terms, renewal terms, and cancellation terms before you are charged.
You will not be charged for paid features unless you choose to purchase or subscribe to them through the process we provide.
11. Important travel disclaimer
VoyaTravel is a travel organization and planning tool. We are not an airline, hotel, travel agency, transportation provider, insurer, emergency service, or government authority.
Travel information may change quickly. You are responsible for confirming important travel details directly with the relevant supplier or official source, including flight times, gates, terminals, delays, cancellations, check-in requirements, visa rules, entry requirements, safety conditions, weather conditions, reservation status, and any other critical travel information.
12. Service disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOYATRAVEL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, AND SECURITY.
We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, timely, accurate, complete, or error-free. We also do not guarantee that itinerary details, alerts, destination information, flight data, weather information, supplier data, calendar information, or AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, or current.
You use the Service at your own risk.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOYATRAVEL, ITS AFFILIATES, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR TRAVEL OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.
This includes damages related to travel delays, cancellations, missed reservations, incorrect itinerary information, unavailable alerts, supplier errors, lost content, unauthorized account access, third-party services, or events outside our reasonable control.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you. In those cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VoyaTravel, its affiliates, service providers, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:
- Your Content.
- Your use or misuse of the Service.
- Your violation of this Agreement.
- Your violation of applicable law.
- Your violation of any third-party rights.
15. Suspension, termination, and account deletion
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may also delete your account through Account → Danger Zone.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or part of the Service if we believe you have violated this Agreement, created risk for the Service or other users, used the Service unlawfully, or if suspension is necessary to protect VoyaTravel, our systems, our users, or third parties.
We may also modify, discontinue, or remove features of the Service at any time, subject to applicable law.
16. Effect of termination
When your account is deleted or terminated, your right to use the Service ends. Certain provisions of this Agreement will continue to apply where their nature requires it, including provisions relating to ownership, licenses for retained backup copies, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and general terms.
17. Governing law
This Agreement will be governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If you live in a jurisdiction that gives consumers the right to bring claims in their local courts or under local consumer protection laws, nothing in this Agreement limits those rights where they cannot be waived by contract.
18. General terms
If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
You may not assign or transfer this Agreement without our consent. We may assign this Agreement as part of a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, sale of assets, or by operation of law.
Headings are included for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
This Agreement is written in English. If a translated version conflicts with the English version, the English version controls unless applicable law requires otherwise.
